Manufacturing Faults
Any fault in craftsmanship — including setting, prongs, or band integrity — is repaired or replaced free of charge.
Annual Prong Checks
Bring your piece in (or send it to us) once a year and we'll check and tighten your setting at no cost.
Re-Polishing
Your ring can be professionally re-polished periodically to keep it looking as good as the day it arrived.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear — we recommend separate jewellery insurance for full protection.

What's Included

- Complimentary re-polishing (excludes gemstone replacement)
What's Not Included
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage (we recommend separate jewellery insurance)
- Damage caused by a third-party jeweller altering the piece
- General wear and tear beyond normal use
How to Make a Claim
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We'll confirm next steps, including whether the piece needs to be sent in for assessment.
